Information on Courses
Transcendental Meditation programme courses are available to
the public in South Africa through Maharishi Vedic Institute, which has established
several Transcendental Meditation Centres in South Africa.
TM is easy to learn
Transcendental Meditation is taught by qualified, accredited
teachers only, in a
simple 7 step programme, starting with a free introductory lecture.
People of any age (from age 4 upwards) may learn. No special
educational qualification is required. No change in lifestyle is
required.
